If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service. I have a 15 minute grace period for lateness, we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the cancellation fee. Please text me and let me know if you’re running late!
I do not offer refunds on hair services, but I'm happy to make adjustments within 2 weeks. An adjustment refines the discussed style; for a completely new look, a new appointment is needed.
